2 avocados, peeled, pits removed, and chopped
2 green onions, with tops, chopped
1 rib celery, with leaves, chopped (optional)
1 tomato, chopped (optional)
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped or minced
1 garlic clove, minced
2 Tbsps lemon juice
3/4 tsp salt
Mix all together in a medium bowl.
Will keep for up to a day in the refrigerator.
