| Submitted by: Vivian Siismets January 2003 Ingredients: 1 28 oz. can diced tomatoes,drained 1 15 oz. can corn,drained 1 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce 1 jalapeno pepper, minced 1 orange pepper, chopped 1 TBS fresh cilantro 1 tsp salt Mix all ingredients in container. Refrigerate for at least two hours. Serve with tortilla chips. |
