| Submitted by: Vivian Siismets December 2001 - Appetizers and Hors d'oeuvres Ingredients: 4 1/2 C chopped peeled sweet potatoes 2 C chopped onion 1 T olive oil 1/4 C tahini 1/2 t salt 1/8 tsp pepper Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Combine 1st 4 ingredients in large bowl. Place sweet potato mixture on a jelly roll pan; bake for 1 hour or until potaoes are tender. Combine sweet potato mixture; tahini, salt and pepper in a food processor. Process until smooth. Serve with breadsticks. |
