| Submitted by: Joyce Rocca February 2003 Ingredients: mushrooms, stems removed (save) Garlic, Onion, saut�ed in 1/2 c olive oil Salt, Pepper to taste 1/4 c White wine/port sharp white cheese Sautee garlic, onion, mushroom stems in olive oil; add spices, cheese. Stuff caps. Pour wine or port over mushrooms. Cook 15-20 minutes. |
