A tailgating favorite.  You may use any meats or cheeses, or all veggies. Sandwiches are what we usually bring with other munchies and beverages while tailgating at a Michigan game!

Ingredients:
2 Large round or baguette style loaves of a good hearty bread...Zingerman's Semolina is GREAT
1 lb. of thinly sliced provolone cheese
1/2 lb.  of Proscuitto de Parma, sliced very thin
3/4 lb. Genoa salami, sliced thinely
1/2 lb. of smoked turkey breast, sliced thinely
1 large jar of roasted red peppers
1 lb. of Sicilian Green Olives, pitted and sliced and sliced/broken in half
4-5 Roma Tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 bottle of Garlic Expressions dipping sauce
1 head of garlic
1 small head of red leaf lettuce, washed

Instructions:
Slice loaf of bread horizontally, and hollow out top of loaf
Slice head of garlic in half, and generously rub garlic all over surface of the bread
Shake Garlic expressions, and pour liberally over the bottom of the bread
Start layering your chees, meats, peppers, olives, tomatoes and lettuce
Pour garlic expressions onto top of loaf as well
When serving, use serrated knife to slice portions. Best made night before

The amount of meat and other ingredients makes 2 large loaf sandwiches.  Enjoy!
