December 2001 - Appetizers and Hors d'oeuvres

Ingredients:
1 box frozen spinach
� Cup Mozzarella
� C Fresh Parmesan
6 oz. Feta Cheese - crumbled
� C Chopped Onion
� C Chopped Red Pepper
1 clove minced Garlic
1 Tbsp. Butter
1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
1 Tbsp. Sour Cream
Mini Phylo Dough Tarts (pre-made, frozen)

Directions:
In small saut� pan, saut� red pepper, onion and garlic in butter.  In large bowl, mix remaining ingredients.  Add saut� mix.  Mix well. Add black pepper to taste.  Place about 1 tsp. of mixture into frozen phylo tarts.  Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.  Serve immediately.
