| Submitted by: Jennifer Murawski July 2002 - An All American Picnic Ingredients: 1 1/4 C Mayonnaise 1 1/3 C Parmesan Cheese 1/3 C Parsley 1/4 tsp. Oregano 1/4 tsp. Basil 1/8 tsp. Pepper 1 Clove Chopped Garlic Mix all above ingredients together until smooth. Add the following�. 4 oz. Spaghetti, cooked 4 oz. Salami in small pieces 1 jar Artichoke Hearts, drained & chopped 1 C Zucchini, julienned Optional: 1 C Mushrooms Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours |
