| Submitted by: Joyce Rocca December 2001 Ingredients: Italian Sausage Canned tomatoes (mostly for color) Colored peppers (red, green, yellow even hot) cleaned & chopped mushrooms, halved garlic powder, basil, parsley Directions: Cut the sausage up in small pieces; bake uncovered in oven w/some water (1/2") 20 minutes; turn to brown; add vegetables, stir, coat w/canned tomatoes add spices; serve hot or at room temperature. |
