| Submitted by: Denise Palmer September 2001 Ingredients: 1 (15 oz.) can of salmon 1 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese 4 Tbsp mild or medium salsa 2 T fresh parsley 1 tsp. dried cilantro 1/4 tsp. ground cumin Instructions: Combine all ingredients. Spread part of the mixture onto a tortilla. Roll up, and cover with saran wrap and place in fridge for about 1 hour. Do this until all the mixture is gone. After they set in fridge, cut into bite size pieces & serve. |
