Ingredients:

2 small onions
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
2 cloves garlic
4-5 white potatoes
� cup tomato salsa

seasoning salt
ground cumin
oregano
olive oil
water

Coarsely chop the onions and peppers.  Saute in olive oil until almost soft.  Add minced garlic, seasoning salt, cumin, and oregano.   Cook for another five minutes or so.  Add cubed potatoes and about � cup water.  Cover and cook on low heat for an hour, or until potatoes are soft.  Right before serving, gently mix in the salsa.
