| Submitted by: Jackie Rocca January 2003 Ingredients: 1 mini loaf Cocktail Pumpernickel Bread Thousand Island Dressing Corn Beef 1 can/jar Sauerkraut Swiss Cheese Directions: Arrange bread slices on baking sheet. Spread dressing on bread. Top with corn beef, sauerkraut, and swiss cheese. Broil until toasted and cheese is melted. |
