| Submitted by: Laura Boeve Ingredients: 1 lb. Ground Beef 1/2 C dry bread crumbs 1/4 C milk 3/4 t salt 1/2 t Worcestershire sauce 1/4 t pepper 1 small onion, chopped 1 egg Directions: Mix all ingredients; shape into 20 1 1/2 inch balls. Place in ungreased rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees until done & brown, about 20 to 25 minutes. Note: Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup with one can water for sauce. |
