| Submitted by: Denise Palmer November 2001 Ingredients: 1 1/2 lbs. ground meat 1/4 C dry bread crumbs 1/3 C chopped onion 1/4 C milk 1 egg 1 T parsley 1 t salt 1/8 t pepper 1 T worcestershire sauce Directions: Combine all meatball ingredients and mix together gently. Shape the mixture into balls and arrange on a jelly roll pan. (You can flash freeze raw for use later). Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove from pan. Serving suggestions: Meatballs may be used in different ways. They can be served as an appetizer with a bar-b-que sauce, cooked for sandwiches, served with spaghetti sauce or covered with a cream sauce and placed over pasta or rice. BBQ Sauce 1 C ketchup 1 T Worcestershire sauce 2 T brown sugar 2 T vinegar 1/4 t salt dash pepper Cream sauce 10 3/4 oz. cream of mushroom soup 8 oz. package cream cheese (softened) 1/2 C water 1/2 t beef bullion |
