| Submitted by: Toni Schweitzer January 2003 Ingredients: 1 pound raw medium shrimp, peeled, deveined and cooked 1 cup fresh cauliflowerets 4 ounces small whole fresh mushrooms 1 cup sliced zucchini 1 large green bell pepper, seeded and cut into squares 1 large red bell pepper, seeded and cut into squares � cup lemon juice from concentrate 1 tablespoon chopped green onion 2 teaspoons sugar 1 teaspoon salt � to � teaspoon dried dill weed 5 drops hot pepper sauce � cup vegetable oil Place shrimp, cauliflower, mushrooms, zucchini and bell peppers in large shallow dish. In small bowl or jar, combine all remaining ingredients except oil; mix well. Add oil; whisk or shake well. Pour over shrimp mixture. Cover; chill 6 hours or overnite, stirring occasionally. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 6 to 8 servings. |
