| Submitted by: Diane Lalicki November 2001 Really nice and handy to pull out of the freezer, when caught with unexpected guests Ingredients: 1/2 lb. smoked fish fillets, poached, skinned and flaked 6 oz. cream cheese, softened 2 tsp lemon juice 1 T chopped parsley ground black pepper to taste 1/8 C (2 oz) potato chips, crushed Directions: Put all ingredients, except the chips, in a bowl and beat well to mix. Roll into walnut sized balls with lightly floured hands, the roll in potatoe chips, pressin gthem well into the mixture. These may be frozen. Flash freeze until firm, then pack into a container, separate the layers with foil. Label and return to freezer. To serve from frozen, arrange ina single layer and allow to thaw at room temperature about 2 hours. |
