2 cantaloupes, washed, cleaned and cubed (For the club meeting, I used 2 larger cantaloupes.)
1 � pints ripe strawberries, washed, and quartered
1 container red or golden raspberries (for the club meeting, I used red.)
� lb GOOD Greek or Cyprus Feta Cheese (I used Greek, SHEEP'S Milk cheese, which is NOT briny/too strong.)
3-4 TBS Balsamic Vinegar, drizzled over the top for mixing.

Combine all fruits in a large bowl, crumble cheese over the top, and just before serving, add vinegar.  Toss and Enjoy!

This is low fat, vitamin rich, and delicious!
