| Submitted by: Jan McGrail January 2002 - Tea Time Ingredients: 12 Macaroon cookies 2 cans sliced peaches, drained 2 cans sliced pears, drained 2 cans pineapple chunks, drained 2 cans dark sweet cherries, drained 1/2 C melted margarine 1/3 C brown sugar 1/2 C slivered almonds Directions: Using a 9x12 pan, line bottom with 6 crumbled cookies. Pour 1/2 of the melted margarine over cookies. Then add in layers; peaches, pears, pineapple, and cherries. Top with other 6 crumbled cookies, margarine, brown sugar finishing with slivered almonds. Bake 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. |
