| Submitted by: Jan Mcgrail June 2002 Ingredients: 1 14 oz. can crushed pineapple 1 C chopped walnuts 1 16 oz. cool whip - thawed 1 8 oz. cream cheese - softened 1 C shredded carrots 1 C chopped celery 1 3oz. package lemon jello 1/2 C sugar Directions: Place pineapple with juice into a saucepan. Add sugar and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add jello powder and cream cheese and whisk. Refrigerate for 2 hours or more until set. Fold in remaining ingredients and refrigerate. |
