| Submitted by: Joyce Rocca December 2002 Ingredients: Angel hair pasta Garlic, Onion, saut�ed in 1/2 c olive oil Hungarian Hot Peppers (slender yellow), sliced (leave some seeds to add �hot� taste) Salt, Pepper, Basil to taste 1 can crushed tomatoes Chicken broth or bullion (1 cup) 1/2 c White wine Directions Saute garlic, onion, peppers in olive oil; add spices, wine, tomatoes. Cook 20-30 minutes; pour over cooked pasta. Sprinkle w/cheese. |
