| Submitted by: Jennifer Murawski August 2002 Ingredients Crab Cakes: 1 beaten egg 1 beaten egg white 1 C soft bread crumbs (from bread, not packaged breadcrumbs) 2 Tbsp fat free mayonaise 2 Tbsp dill 2 Tbsp sliced green onion 2 tsp Dijon Mustard 1 tsp seafood seasoning 1/4 tsp pepper 12 oz. lump crabmeat Directions: In medium bowl, add all ingredients, and shape into 5 patties. Place in greased shallow baking dish. Bake uncovered at 450 for 10 minutes, turning once. For Horseradish Sauce, mix all of the following ingredients & chill: 1/4 C plain non fat yogurt 2 Tbsp fat free mayonaise or salad dressing (miracle whip) 2 Tbsp finely chopped green onion 1 1/2 tsp prepared horseradish 1 tsp snipped parsley |
