| Submitted by: Kelly Panoff August 2002 Ingredients: (4) 8 oz cans of crab meat, drained, and patted dry � of a sweet onion (Maui or Vidalia) � of a green bell pepper, red if you prefer 2 cloves of garlic, minced 1 � C of plain bread crumbs 3 TBS of red pepper flakes 1 � TBS Kosher or sea salt 1 TBS black pepper � C Lite Mayo 5-6 dashes of Worchestershire Sauce Directions: Sautee garlic, peppers and onions until golden brown. Add to the rest of the ingredients. Form into small patties, and carefully plop them into hot oil, and fry until golden brown. Sprinkle, as they cool with Kosher salt. Enjoy! Mango Mojo (mow-hoe) 2 mangoes, minus the odd pits, plopped into a food processor � C Chardonnay wine 4 TBS red pepper flakes 2 TBS Chili powder 1 TBS Ancho Chile powder Blend all ingredients until smooth in a food processor, pour into a bowl, chill, and serve! |
