Ingredients:
10 lbs. Ground Beef
6 lb. of cans of diced tomatoes
6 lbs. of cans of red kidney beans
6 large onions diced
4 large green peppers diced
1/4 C chopped jalapeno peppers
1/2 container beef base
tomato paste (to thicken)
To Taste:
basil, oregano, chili powder, bay leaves, cumin, salt & pepper, Sugar, Garlic

Instructions:
Brown Ground Beef and drain off fat
Add green peppers, onions and garlic and cook down until tender (20 minutes)
Then add tomatos, peppers, beef base, and all seasonings.  Add water until you get an even consistancy.  Add tomato paste until it thickens.  Simmer for 4-5 hours until flavors blend.  Add beans last and taste for salt and pepper.

Seasonings: approximately 1/3 to 1/4 C depending of liking.

Makes enough chili for about 6,000 people Ha Ha.  Makes ALOT!
