| Submitted by: Jan McGrail March 2002 Ingredients: 6 Oz. Chocolate Graham ready crust 1 Pkg Unflavored Gelatin 1 tsp vanilla 3/4 C Milk 3/4 C Bailey's Irish Cream 6 Oz semisweet chocolate chips 2 C frozen whipped topping 1/2 pint whipped cream Directions: In saucepan, sprinkle unflavored gelatine over milk. Let stand about one minute, then stir over low heat until gelatin is disolved, about 5 minutes. Add chocolate chips and continue cooking, stiring constantly until chocolate is melted. Stir in vanilla. Remove from heat and stir occasionally, adding Baileys about 5 minutes after being removed from heat. When mixture forms mounds when dropped from spoon, fold in whipped topping. Turn into crust. Chill at least 4 hours. Garnish with real whipped cream, and stawberries, if desired. |
