| May 2002 Submitted by: Ingredients: 1 Tbsp vegetable oil 1 lb. skinless boneless chicken breasts, cubed 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbells condensed cream of chicken with herbs soup. 1/2 C milk 2 Tbsp grated parmesean cheese 1 tsp chili powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder 4 C hot cooked corkscrew pasta (about 3 C uncooked) Directions: In a medium skillet over medium high heat, heat oil. Add chicken and cook until browned, stirred often. Add soup, milk, cheese, chili powder and garlic powder and cook through, stirring often. Serve over pasta. |
