| Submitted by: Denise Palmer March 2001 Saut� 1 large onion in oil over high heat (I used a wok) Add: 1 T balsamic vinegar 1 heaping T brown sugar � large head of cabbage thinly sliced Stir in wok and cooking until desired tenderness Mix in 1-lb bag of frozen peas Season with balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper Garnish top with chopped parsley Serve cold or warm |
