| Submitted by: Jan McGrail July 2001 Ingredients: 3/4 C fruity red wine, such as Zinfandel or Pinot Noir - I used Wild Vines Raspberry Zinfandel 1/3 C frozen apple juice concentrate 1 1/2 C frozen pitted cherries - I use sweet cherries (found at Kroger) 1/2 C frozen unsweetened blackberries (Also can be found at Kroger) Directions: Combine the wine and apple juice concentrate in a blender. Add the cherries and Blackberries. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Serves 2 |
