Ingredients:
1 Baguette, sliced on an angle, 1/4 inch slices
1 jar of seedless raspberry jam
1 8-10 oz piece of Brie
2 medium sized Granny Smith apples

Directions:
On a baking sheet, preferably lined with parchment, place baguette slices.  Cover each baguette slice with a liberal smear (covering pretty much the surface of each individual slice) of the seedless raspberry jam.  Next peel and core your apples, and then slice your apples thinly, leaving the skin on, and soaking them in lemon water to prevent browning.  After your apples are sliced, place an apple slice onto each bread slice.  Finally slice a thin piece of Brie cheese, and place one on top of each
baguette slice.  Brie is a mild cheese, with an edible rind.....(YES you DO eat the white stuff on the outer part of the cheese!)  Oven temp at 350, place baking sheet in for about 8-10 minutes, watching until Brie "just melts and spreads" across tops of
apples.  Serve hot, and ENJOY!
