Ingredients:

1 lb. lean beef, cut into thin strips*
1 C soy sauce
1 1/2 C canola or Peanut oil
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 C sliced mushrooms
1 can (16 oz) bean sprouts, drained or 1 pkg. fresh
1 can (5 oz.) water chestnuts, drained & sliced
1 C chopped fresh broccoli
1/4 lb. fresh snow peas, trimmed
1 small head bok choy
1 small can baby corn, drained
1 green pepper, sliced
1 pkg. green onions, including stems, chopped

Directions:
Mix oil, soy sauce and sesame seeds.  Pour over sliced meat, remember to stir occasionally. mariande for 1 hour.

While meat is marinading, prepare all vegetables**.  I find it's easier if you put all the vegetables in a large bowl and mix.

Heat wok,  Cook meat in bottom of wok until cooked, and remove to a small bowl.  Add marinade to wok and heat.  Put all the vegetables in the wok and stir.  Cover and cook.  Every 5 minutes stir so that all vegetables are almost cooked.  Then add the cooked meat and stir.  Cook until the meat is reheated.

Serve over cooked brown or white rice.

*Can substitute chicken, turkey, pork, shrimp, or venison.
**Can add or delete and vegetables.
