| June 2001 Submitted by: Karen Dacey Ingredients: 3/4 lb. Boneless beef (chuck, flank, round or sirloin) 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce 3/4 C. Water 2 Tbsp. Oil 1 lb. Broccoli (thinly slice stalks, cut florets in pieces) 1 Large Onion, cut in pieces 1 package Sun Bird Beef & Broccoli Oriental Seasoning Mix Directions: 1. Blend Seasoning, soy sauce & water, set aside. 2. In large skillet heat oil; add beef & stir-fry until browned. 3. Add broccoli and onion; stir fry. 4. Add seasoning mixture; stir-fry 1 minute or until thickened. Makes 5 servings, about 1 cup as prepared above. |
