| Submitted by: Arlo Siismets February 2003 Ingredients: One boneless beef roast, approx. 3-4 lbs. One bottle of BBQ sauce One-two onions, chopped 1/2-1 cup water Additonal bottle of BBQ Sauce Put all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook for 12-16 hours. If it flakes easily, it is done. Drain all liquid from crock pot. Shred beef and return to crock pot. Add another 1/2 to one whole additional bottle of BBQ sauce. Heat until warmed through. Serve on hamburger buns topped with a dash of extra sauce if desired. |
