| Submitted by: Denise Palmer October 2001 Ingredients: 1 acorn squash 1/2 butternut squash 2 sweet potatoes 2 Idaho potatoes Directions: Peel acorn, butternut, and sweet potatoes. Dice slices 1/2 inch thick by 1 inch long. Mix in large bowl: 1/3 C brown sugar 1 t cinnamon 1 t salt 1 t basil black pepper to taste 1/4 C vegetable oil Bake at 400 degrees in shallow baking pan for 30 minutes. |
