         THE LAND OF SMOKELESS
This is the success rose. We all can be overcomers of stuff. Whether it is cigarettes, cigars, drugs, food, evil influences, whatever it may be. Thru God's grace we can all SUCCEED!!
Hi my name is Teresa. I have created this page because there are so many friends out there who has inspired me while I have been going thru my quitting smoking phase. It really is tough to do, but I found with the strength of these friends, and loved ones I have been able to be a overcomer.  I quit smoking March 2, 2005. You can too.
This rose is the everlasting happiness rose. When we have peace and love with God we will always know we will have everlasting happiness.
First of all I would like to thank God. If it wasn't for him I would not have been able to do anything. He is my strength, my refuge, my everything. I thank God for placing me in that particular hospital room and opening my eyes up to what smoking is doing to me, and would be doing to me in a few years. I thank Him for waking me up every day, and getting me started on my way. I thank God for giving me a beautiful daughter. I thank God for helping me be a overcomer. I thank God for all the beautiful smokefree days I have had. It is a blessing to breathe not wheeze. (Right now I dont sound like a blowed up balloon loosing a little air at a time, squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee) I thank God for a beautiful beautiful life.
This is the family rose. A family is one of the most precious gifts you can have. Knowing your soul is saved, and the breath of life is the most important gifts you will ever have. God is our Father, he is the best one we will ever have.
I have a 7 year old daughter who has been telling me mama you smell better, and mama our house dont smell like smoke anymore. I love her so much, she is my life. She was a miracle baby. Doctors told me I would NEVER be able to have a child at all. They didn't know the God I serve. TPOP....The Power Of Prayer....Michele is a blessing in my life, my beautiful little angel.  I want so much to be able to raise her, and if quitting smoking only gives me an extra day to be with her that is an extra day I will cherish. Check out first page to see my beautiful angel, and ok well maybe a pic of me too...ha ha ha... ALSO, I have my husband I have been married to going on 14 years. Thanks to him for going outside to smoke and respecting the fact I can't breathe around it that good anymore. And for not smoking in the vehicles any more.
This is the long friendship rose. It is one of the best things you can have in life, a good friend.
I would like to thank my mom. She is one special lady. Thanks mom for getting behind me and giving me that big boost and swift kick in the booty when I needed it. I love ya so much. We are so much more than Mom-And-Daughter, BESTEST FRIENDS!!!

I have been going to webmd.com and going in smoking cessation. There is so many friends I have met in there I could not go without putting them on here. They have been a big inspiration in my smokefree life. You know it is better to have friends and health than to be alone and to have wealth. BIG BIG HUGS to all of the new friends I have met. I am sure I will be adding more on this list before too long...God bless you all and remember don't give up, don't give in. The biggest "post" that really got to me was "I would rather be a quitter with an occasional urge to smoke, than a smoker with the constant desire to quit". I copied that and put in on my fridge. When I wanted to puff I would go read it and then sit and post. Thanks again friends. I don't think I just found that room, I think there was a reason for it. I don't really believe in fate. I believe everything happens for a good reason. God bless you all............Know this each and every one of you is a blessing, whether you have quit and slipped, or whether you have been able to quit for years.
REALLY BIG HUGS TO ALL YOU INSPIRERS..KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB. I AM SENDING YOU ALL SUCCESS ROSES, YOU DESERVE THEM. SEE YOU ALL IN TLOS.

When you feel like no one loves you anymore, and you feel like your world is crashing in on you, that's when God sends people to "pick" you up and help you along on your journey. If you refuse to take the help, then you may be refusing God. Think about that. One day before my daughter was born we got down to 1 bag of flour and 1 can of grease. I cooked biscuits and flour gravy for a week like that. But I never told anyone, not even my mom. I told hubby God would provide. He did too. When I started getting low, my Mom came in and brought around $350.00 of groceries in my house. I am like ok mom I will help you put all your meats, milk and cheeses, etc. in the fridge until you start to go home. She said ok. I didn't think much about it. We sat and talked, had a good time. She started to go home, and I was going to help her get her groceries together and load them for her. She said but these ain't mine, honey I brought these to you. You can imagine the tears flowing down my face by now as we hugged. She hadn't been here in like over a week, and I didn't tell her. But the moral of this is
I trusted God would meet the need. And He did. Sometimes prayer is the best way to solve anything.
