Teresa's Peanut Butter Balls

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup confectioners sugar, sifted
2 Tbsp. butter
About 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
Qwick Chocolate for coating

I mix together peanut butter, confectioners sugar, butter and vanilla. Put in refrigerator until dough is easy to handle. Roll up in balls. Melt some chocolate.  dont melt the whole package at one. I melt 2 squares at a time. Roll ball in chocolate, and put on waxed paper until hardened. Especially at Christmas time, I make 5 to 7 times this much.
