                Fruity Fruit Shake

1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup apple juice
1 ripe banana, peeled
5 or 6 strawberries or other berries in season
1 carton (8 ounces) fruit yogurt (peach, banana, strawberry, or other flavors)
2 teapsoons honey
4 or 5 ice cubes (optional)

In a food processor or electric blender, combin orange juice, apple juice, banana, strawberries, yogurt and honey. Process until well combined. Refrigerate until chilled. If desired, pour into insulated bottle and take along on an outing. If you are going to drink the shakes immediately, add ice cubes; process until ice is incorporated. Serve at once.
Note: Any ripe fruit or juices can be substituted for the fruit or juices specified. If you are watching calories, you can substitute plain or vanilla yogurt for the fruit yogurt. Makes 3 to 4 (1 cup) servings.
Banana Breakfast Drink

2 bananas, peeled and sliced
2-1/4 cups skim milk
1 carton (8 ounces) vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon vanilla

In container of electric blender, combine bananas, milk, yogurt, honey and vanilla. Cover and blend about 1 minute, or until smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use. Makes 4 (1 cup servings).
              Banana Smoothie

1 frozen banana (peel before freezing)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

Break frozen banana into chunks. In container of electric blender, combine chunks of frozen banana, vanilla and milk; blend until smooth. Sweeten with maple syrup, if desired. Makes 1 (1-1/2 cup) serving.
             Banana-Orange Shake

1 ripe large banana, peeled and sliced
1 ripe medium orange, peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 cup skim milk
2 scoops vanilla frozen yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla

In container of electric blender, combine banana, orange, milk, frozen yogurt and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Makes about  2 (1 cup) servings.
      Breakfast In A Glass

1 carton (8 ounces) lemon yogurt (or other flavor)
1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed, undiluted
1 small banana, peeled
1 tablespoon wheat germ

In container of electric blender, combine ypgurt, orange juice concentrate, banana and wheat germ. Blend on high speed 15 to 20 seconds, or until smooth. Pour into a tall glass. Serve at once. Makes 1 (about 1-1/2 cups) serving.
                    Frosty Orange Nog

1 medium banana, peeled and cut into pieces
1 carton (8 ounces) orange yogurt
1/3 of a 6-ounce can (about 4 tablespoons) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed, undiluted
1/2 cup cold water
6 ice cubes

In container of electric blender, combine banana, yogurt, orange juice concentrate and water. Blend until just combined. Add ice cubes and blend until smooth. Serve at once. Makes 2 to 3 (1 cup) servings.
