2 tablespoons carob powder
1 / 2 cup oil
1 / 2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 / 2 cup flour
1 / 4 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 teaspoon vanilla
1 / 2 cup chopped nuts

Combine all ingredients except nuts. Spread on cookie sheet. Sprinkle nuts on top of dough.
Bake at 400 degrees about 12 minutes. Cool slightly. Cut in diamond shapes. Yield: 1-
