2 sticks margarine
2 cups flour
12-ounce cottage cheese
Mix and chill overnight. Next day, divide into three balls. Roll out like pie dough.
Cut each into 12 pie-shaped pieces. Roll from wide end to point. Put on ungreased cookie
sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Ice with powdered sugar icing. Makes 36.
