2 cups flour
1 /2 pound butter
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1-1 / 2 cups chopped pecans
just less than 1 /2 teaspoon maple flavoring
Mix all ingredients. Take a teaspoon of dough and roll between fingers to make crescent shape. Be careful that all Crescents are similar in size so they will bake evenly.
Place on lightly greased sheet and bake at 250 degrees for 40 minutes. Take baked Crescents and roll in confectioners sugar. Cool on wire racks.
