You will need:
1 Mixing Bowl, 1 Cookies in a Jar Mix, 1 Wooden Spoon, 1 Spatula, 1 Set of Pot Holders/Mittens, 1 Address Book, and Ribbon

Create:

Start by filling mixing bowl with tissue paper, then add the Cookies in Jar Mix in the center of the bowl.  Add spoon, spatula, potholders, and address book* around the jar.
Wrap with shrink wrap and add ribbon.

Note: Be sure to fill in the address book with local restraunt numbers, pizza places and of course your phone number!

When Kids Are Sick Gift Basket

You will need:
1 Basket or Bin (small shower bins work great),
1 Whistle or Bell (for when they need your attention),
Construction Paper, Washable Markers, Crayons,
Coloring Book/Comic Book, Sippee Cup or Flip Top Cup,
Tissue Paper and Ribbon

Create:

Start by filling basket or bin with tissue paper, then add the Cup
the middle, surround the cup with the markers, crayons, coloring/comic book, construction paper (rolled into a scroll), and then attach the whistle or the bell with ribbon to the side of the basket! Wrap with Shrink Wrap to keep it all together!

This basket is great for kids who have chicken pox, or
had surgery or for the little ones who just don't feel well!

Family Time Gift Basket


You will need:
1 Large Popcorn Bowl, 1 Candy bar for every member
of the family, 2 microwaveable popcorn packages, 
Drinks for everyone, A Gift Card for a Movie Rentals,
Tissue Paper and ribbon.

Create:

Start by filling Large Popcorn bowl with Tissue Paper. Place drinks evenly around the inside of the bowl, add microwaveable popcorn packages, candy bars, and in the center the Gift Card
Movie Rental Certificate. Wrap bowl with Shrink Wrap to keep items inside, and tie with a ribbon. For added fun, throw in different kinds of playing cards: UNO, Go Fish, regular cards.

Give this basket to the family who has everything!

Cookie-Making Gift Basket

You will need:
1 Large mixing bowl, cookie cutters, spatula, wooden spoon, dish towl, prepared cookie dough, cookie decorations/sprinkles,
and colored icing

Create:

Line the mixing bowl with the dish towel. Place prepared Cookie Dough* in the center of the bowl. Surround the dough with cookie cutters, wooden spoon, cookie decorations/sprinkles and icing.

I like to buy the colored icing that comes in a can,
and it squirts out like cheese in a can.
Kids love it and it comes in so many wonderful colors.

"Colored Icing Recipe"


1 box (1 pound) confectioners' sugar
2 Tablespoons powdered egg whites
6 Tablespoons water
Food coloring, optional

1. Beat together sugar, powdered egg whites and water until thick and fluffy. Add food coloring, if desired. Spread icing over cookies and decorate with colored frosting.  Let stand until set.

"Cookie Dough Recipe"


7 Cups all-purpose flour
2 Tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) margarine, softened
2 cans (14 oz. each) sweetened condensed milk
4 large eggs
4 teaspoons lemon extract

1. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. In a large bowl, using an electric mixer set on medium speed, beat margarine until fluffy. 2. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk.  Beat in the eggs and lemon extract.  3. Stir in flour mixure until combined.  Divide dough in half. Shape each half into a ball; wrap in plastic wrap. Freeze until firm, about 10 minutes.

                     "How to Bake Cookies"

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 2 baking sheets. Unwrap 1    ball of dough; reserve remaining dough.  On a lightly floured              surface, using a lightly floured rolling pin, roll out dough to an 1/8       inch thickness. Using 1 1/2 inch cookie cutters, cut out cookies          and place 1 inch apart on baking sheets. Reroll scraps and cut out       more cookies. 

2. Bake cookies until browned, about 7 minutes.  Transfer sheets to    wire racks; cool for 1 minute. Transfer cookies to racks; cool            completely.

Decorate with Colored icing.

                        "Cookie Dough"


1 Wrap cookie dough in saran wrap and then tie in a cross fashion     with wide ribbon and finish it with a tie-off bow on the front. 


2. Add your favorite cookie cutter to front of the dough, hanging        from the ribbon.


3 Place colored icing into disposable icing bags and add different         icing tips to the basket.

4 Cookie dough can be made up to 1 month in advance.  Wrap in        plastic wrap and freeze.  To thaw, let stand at room temperature         for 30 minutes.
