1992-2001
From 1992 (technically 1991) through today, the band has put on a stellar, energenic and fun tour(s) for us. Every show is enjoyable, but we all know that some are more memorable than others for various reasons. Some become instant classics, while others become better with age.
The goal of "The Top 11" is to assemble the top 11 ('cause 10 never works out :-) ) shows from each touring year. This is no easy task considering the more than 912 concerts that have been performed by DMB/Dave and Tim/Dave solo. By collecting this info I figure that traders can have a kind of must-have list of shows to get.
The show dates I have collected so far are from message board surveys conducted by others. These are not my choices and have not been double-checked by me. The basis for each concert selection was based on first hand knowledge. Meaning the person had listened to or seen the concert in some form (in-person or on CD/tape/computer).
I would like to ask all of you that visit my site to make suggestions if you have any based on the earlier stated qualifications. Among other things you should consider energy, jam quality, rarities, guest appearance, etc. in your suggestions. If you feel a concert should be removed you may suggest that also.
