"I don't know if I should tell this, lest I be misunderstood. I won't give the details, but, two months ago, Sandra Chanel came to me in a dream - Don Chanel's wife. And I'm just going to say this: she was beautiful. I had to look twice to see if it was Sandra, her hair was longer. Her face was very thin. She said to me, 'Perry, the Lord sent me to give you an assignment. You're supposed to reproduce the original oil that was used in the Old Testament.'

Sandra died sick, as you know, in the hospital. Never recovered. And there's a pastor, I'm going to give his name, pastor Gary Miles from Kentucky. Is pastor Miles here? Because he was going to come, he may not come till later. God instructed this pastor to reproduce the oil - listen to what I'm going to say - one gallon of this oil costs $18,000. Because there's one part of the oil that's found in the book of Exodus that you gotta go to the Himalayan mountains in India to get it - the original, the actual root of this. And crush it. And this man, started spending his own money and sent this oil out, and they had 20 people come out of the hospital healed of cancer.

[clapping] Wait a minute, wait a minute, Brother Stone, you're saying there's power in the oil. I'm saying there's power in obeying God, there's power in doing it God's way, and I'm trying to say that the traditional Christian church throughout history has gotten away from doing it God's way! We've done it man's way, we've done it to make people feel comfortable, we've done it to make ourselves look good, and God's trying to say, 'I'm going to take you back to the root of the tree.' Whew, halleluia! And we're going to do things the way they were done in the roots.

Six quarts of olive oil, ten and a half pounds of myrrh, nine and three quarters pound cinnamon, nine and three quarters pound cassia, nine and three quarter pounds calimas put in six quarts of oil. And that's when Gary gave me one vial, in fact, he gave me a couple vials of this oil, and this oil is so sweet you could drink it! I've never in my life - I touched it to my lips, I said 'you could drink this stuff.' God knows what he's doing!"

The foundation scripture of this message "The Next Assignment on God's Agenda" was Acts 3:

The times of the restitution, or the restoration, of all things that the holy prophets spoke of since the world began, MUST COME before Jesus Christ returns to the earth. Part of this restitution involves going back to the ROOTS of the early church which was made up of Jews. They had Jewish customs and Jewish roots, and mixed it with Christian themes. This can be seen from this symbol found on early church pottery:

In Romans, Paul told the Romans that the Gentiles were grafted into a Jewish tree, with the Jewish customs at the root:

Therefore, Perry teaches, when the restitution and restoration of all things occurs before the coming of the Lord, the church will begin to restore the Jewish customs that were lost throughout the centuries. The original mixture of anointing oil is just one of many.

Joel prophesied that what the worms have eaten, the Lord will RESTORE in the last days:

This prophecy has confused many, but if you understand what each of these insects does to a TREE, the OLIVE TREE, then it makes great sense. One insect attacks the leaves, one attacks the fruit, one attacks the bark, and one attacks the root. For the church, this symbolized the church, and what the institutionalization of the church, rites and rituals, have taken away from the church. But In Joel 2:25, the Lord says he will restore what these insects have destroyed when the latter rain falls.

Paul told us the restoration would be done QUICKLY in the earth:
