Pointed auds twitched, erect atop his metal masked skull. One metal hoop dangled and two rounded metal studs sat below the hoop in each of his wolfish ears. Scarred muzzle was to the earth. Over immense paws with claws that resebled deadly talons thudded down upon the turf with each and every step the beast took. Petite imprints left, scuffing the earth as each paw left only to rain blows down again onto easily shifted soil. A repulsive creature, really he was. Monstrous and unsightly. Every inch of the being seemed to be marked by some scar of sorts which made peltage, a faded hue of aubergine and slate blue. He bore a permenantly scruffy appearance. A row of unblunted, razor-sharp aubergine spikes ran the the length of his spine. Not that there was anything the brute could have done to prevent this, had he been able to, he would have refused to do so. His legs were too elongate and upon each where three metal bracelet-like bands. Everything about him was out of proportion. Although height and length were impressive, he was not noticably muscular. Lean would have been an accurate word to describe him. Metal mask and sorts of metal strips curled around upper portion of visage, hiding it from view for the most part. A dull metal that refused to gleam in light but might be tempted to do so within shadows. Burning from within the mask were two bright occuli'. Cold and clear. Crimson and currently partially narrowed as pace delayed to cease moving. Surveying the terrain about himself with no trace of unease and no particular sense of curiosity, he knew this land oh too well. Subsequently he notices you consealed amongst the hazey mist. You too catch his gaze, vivid crimson orbs flash. Mustering up all valiantness withen, you approuch him. Suprisingly he is cordial towards you and even recites tales from long ago in his life. You are already captivated by him and soon mesmerized as you listen to what he has to say...

As a young whelp I was never such an ill-looking creature as you've now see me to be. My birth, real name is Virgo. All that was changed. I shall tell you my life story and of the tales of my clan. I was just a normal joyous pup. Born as just the scrawny runt to a litter of three, my siblings both being female. Vivian and Vixen where their names. My mother, Volta was the only one who called my father by his name that was given at birth. As I've explained before once one male has the dubance of Alphen his name must be Vex and the crown of the Vex Clan must be worn. I know my father as Viper, his glowing bottely green eyes captivated us all and the name always fit. Khaki peltage covered over his sleek body that rippled with a great muscular mass. . As for my mother Volta, she was the most stunning femora, her pelt was of ivory with streaks of electrifying yellow running amuck amongst the soft mass I curled up in as a whelp. Her eyes as deep as the depts of azure sky above. All our names started with "V" for some odd reason that my memory has failed to recover, it had something to do with Vex The Great. My sister's and mine had pelts that of a tanish milky hue, my eyes where of two colors, one of mother's blue and the other my father's green. Viper had always been ashamed of me. I had to take his place when the time of my first full year of life. I was puny and weak but I loved everything I ever had in this world. Even if my dad judged me because of my size. Both of my sister's optics where obvious blueish green hues. As several moons passed I became more independent. And I grew much faster then anyone could have expected. I always considered myself as the alpha, it was my one dream even though I was just a lean pup. Bounding about and being a sly and cunning explorer I managed to escape many life-threating pradicaments. Now came my year mark and I sat before the clan as my father pulled off the skull and for the first time I had seen his full face not just his eyes glinting and glowing through the holes and his auduals that sprung through the opposing holes. The former Vex smiled down at me, I could see for once in my life he was proud of me as he placed the skull upon my head. Of course it was large and when I ran it banged againest me. My popularity rose and I was now known as Vex. Of course I got used to the skull, the forehead holds the strongest bone in the body. Attention loving and just a little trouble maker I was. Squeezing in every nook and cranny my slender frame could fit. After one of my greatest accomplishments, sneaking into other pack's land and I explored about unharmed and unnoticed. I knew they had a grudge againest us, the Vex Clan. I was very cavalier of my act because of that added emotion. I went to drink from a river there. I was tired from bounding about clumsily upon my oversized yearling paws. The water however was contaminated. Hence forth my appearence changed. I was hideous. Strange bottles that contained a funky red, crimson liquid where filled beside the water, along with the empty ones that split in. However I was unaware of the poison bottles till I swaggered back to my pack. Everyone backed away at first, I loved the power. The Vex skull felt tight upon my head now as if it had grown in. It did I soon learned. They had already taken to my new dubbance as alpha so I thought. It seemed everyone was bowing down to me but they weren't. I soon learned I was being shunned. They didn't even seem reconize me at all as their leader! They cept trying to rip off the skull but it was grown in and the etched "V" was tainted crimson. I wailed in pain for the skull had grown over mine and they were unaware. I was known as a bad omen now. Only my sister Vivian knew it was me, she called me Vortome however from the stories of the evil soceror who once lived amongst the clan. I didn't endorse this action but atleast a family member accepted me for my change. I woke up one day to discover everyone was gone. The clan had given up on ripping off the skull as they intended to do so they could start the clan again amongst other terrian. They left me. I've lived alone ever since. No one is gallant enough to step a pad upon the land, except you. In a way my dream came true. To be an alpha. But without a pack?

Sadly I haven't anyone to confide in. However I do consider everyone a friend, I'm not a one to hold grudges and create rivals. I wish that all could my friend but I'm just judged by the way I look. Run and scream. All in fear. No one cares. There is nothing to be afraid of..

As goes for confidants everything is the same. I'm just a burden to all. I know no one could love a hideous beast like I. My fate has been chosen and I will die alone. Another could never look past my outer, physical being to the soul that lives withen.
