Wandering aimlessly too and fro;
You begin to search from place to place,
Looking in vain for that friendly face;
The sun goes down in the evening sky,
Panic sets in you begin to cry.
Helpless and hopeless you start to call,
No-one answers and you begin to bawl;
Left behind cold , wet and scared,
You're thinking now no-one has cared;
You're on your own and only five,
Wondering now if you will survive.
Don't talk to strangers you have been told,
Yearning to have that hand to hold;
What have i done wrong, you shed another tear,
Why did they go and leave me here;
Lost and lonely what can you do,
When will they come back for you.
The only one left inside the park,
Daylight gone it's got so dark;
The fear inside is growing fast,
You wonder how long that you can last;
A man and woman are calling out,
You hear your name and begin to shout.
Re-united you're happy again,
How quick you forget about the pain;
Never wander how many times has it been said,
But you can't get it into your little head;
It wont happen again they hear you say,
But you know it will on another sunny day.
