W.A.S.P. Prepares To Terrorize North America on 'Unholy Terror' Tour with Guests Mushroomhead and Dog Fashion Disco.

It is time once again for America to be ravaged by the Greatest Show In Rock: W.A.S.P.! Forever a thorn in the side of Fundamentalist & Parent Groups the world over, Blackie Lawless and his band of hard rock madmen are poised to unleash a no-holds-barred, anti-politically correct, and, most importantly, over-the-top entertaining performance to a neighborhood near you! .

Blackie instigates:

Supporting the release of the band's charismatic & brutally open-minded ' Unholy Terror' earlier this year through the Sanctuary Records Group subsidiary Metal-Is Records, W.A.S.P. is also introducing the world to their newest member, Darrell Roberts, who has been tapped to replace longtime mad-axeman Chris Holmes, who left the band following the late Spring release of the album. Blackie affirms excitedly: "He was born to be in this band. We looked at a lot of guitar players over the last several months but no one even came close to him - he's a monster looking for an audience to kill. In all honesty, I wish we had had him when the band started. When you see him live, you'll understand what I mean."

Opening for the Los Angeles based maniacal quartet will be newcomers Dog Fashion Disco and the enigmatic Mushroomhead. Not only will the youthful pairing introduce the W.A.S.P. brand of entertainment to a new generation of rock fans, but also it will turn the tour into a mini Shock Festival! "I'm extremely enthusiastic about having Mushroomhead on the same bill as W.A.S.P. Given the roots of their theatrical background and performances, between the two bands it should be one hell of a show. Rumor has it that Mushroomhead would give W.A.S.P. a run for its money in the show department. I can't wait. It sounds like audiences everywhere are in for a real asswhipping," says an eager Lawless.
