Rolfing appreciates gifts of books, select periodicals, and other library materials. Items donated become the property of the library. Materials will be reviewed with respect to the gaps and needs of the current collection, fulfillment of the mission of the university, and the condition of the resource donated. Due to space limitations, materials that do not fit the scope of the collection or duplicate existing holdings may be placed on the semi-annual book sale, which is open to the Trinity community and the general public. All proceeds from the book sale are used to support library materials and services.
Those who wish to make donations may fill out a donation form if a letter of acknowledgment is desired. The library does not appraise donations. Please consult a professional appraiser concerning personal tax obligations prior to submitting your gift. For large donations, please contact the university librarian to arrange an appointment for a librarian to evaluate your proposed gift prior to acceptance.
