In order to win the award your site MUST meet my requirements they are as follows: 1. Your site must NOT contain spam, adult or any kind of hate material! This is an absolute! 2. There MUST not be any broken links (although 1 or 2 is allowed). 3. Your site MUST contain actual content (not just links). 4. Your site MUST be pleasant to the eye and MUST show that you have put a lot of time and effort into it. 5.
