Southern Heritage
Upcoming Historical Conferences and Balls
When I moved to Houston with my parents, I wanted more than anything to learn ballroom dance.  I wanted to find a group of Christian, homeschooling families with a similar interest in dancing.

While this thought lingered in the back of my mind, a family from our church (which I may now call "my husband's family") introduced us to the Southern Heritage Balls and Dances in Conroe, TX

The very first ball I went to was their 2002 Spring Ball.  My whole family went, and we had a wonderful time.  Since then we haven't been able to stay away!

The links below lead you to the websites of Balls, Conferences, and Dance Practices we have attended.  There are also links to Southern Heritage Associations which are dedicated to the preservation of our Southern Heritage and Culture.

Check back soon, as I am hoping to locate more balls and conferences across the country to provide their information as well.
