I have been performing for 10 years.

The feedback and energy from the audience.

I would say well over 300 but I am not really counting.....

John Michael Montgomery, Lila McCann and my latest cut is Trisha Yearwood which is "I don't paint myself into corners"

I'm officially 23 now - my birthday was April 24

I have a younger brother named James
What inspires you to write ?
different thing do - sometimes from a movie or a book or sometimes just by sitting and thinking of absolutely nothing.
Is this your first time on the OPry Stage ?
this is about my 6th or 7th time on the Opry stage but everytime feels like the first.
Do you have any advice for someone just starting out ?
be persistent and if it is really something you want to do follow your heart. If it is really something you want to do
What would you like to accomplish in music ?
I set new goals all the time - I've already gotten a Grammy and some cuts by major artist but my new goal is to win female artist of the year and entertainer in the same year
Is your brother in music ?
he is musical and he plays guitar but he is actually in college persuing dentistry.
Who would you like to tour with ?
I would like to tour with Alan Jackson - he is one of my favs - I just like what he does and one day I hope I will get to go on the road with him.
Will you be at Fan Fair ?
I will be there but I don't really have a schedule so you will need to check the website to stay up to date. I will be at the country weekly booth but please check the website.
Will you be making a video soon ?
I just made one in early april and it debuted on CMT - for my current single "forgive" REQUEST IT!!!!!!
What instruments do you play ?
guitar, piano and a little fiddle.....

When were you first on the opry stage and what did you sing ?
about 3-4 years ago - I sang "Softly and Dearly" because I won a Grammy for that.....
What do you do to relax ?
I watch Trading Spaces on TLC - where the neighbors trade houses and decorate!!!!
Who inspires you musically
Patty Loveless is my fav singer and Vince Gill is my fav male singer but I had a lot of other influences - Eagles, Loretta Lynn, Jackson Browne ...
How old were you when you first performed and where
It was a pageant when I was 6 years old - Salyersville, Ky... I was in the pageant and I performed "Coal Miner's Daughter"
Do you like to travel and where is your favorite place to go ?
I love to.... my fav place is to the beach!!!! Destin, Florida.....
Do you have any pets
I have a miniature Pinscher and her name is Trixie and she is my baby!!!!!! She is chocolate brown colored and travels with me - she does real good on the road.....

Country, Bluegrass, gospel, rock, pop, classical - pretty much anything except heavy metal and rap.

not really!!!! I love to work out though and used to run

I am married - 3 years
What are your future plans
Just to write and sing and play music as much as I can.
What are you performing tonight on the Opry Stage
"Jesus and Bartendars " and "Forgive" - these are both on my new album "Forgive". The single "Forgive" will be on the show Providence in the fall and I will be on the show performing it.
