Sauces:

Quick Orange-Raisin Chutney

2 cups raisins
2 oranges
Juice from half a lemon
Some lime juice
1/2 cup water
2 T brown sugar
2 T ginger root
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cayenne
Pinch of salt

Peel two oranges, divide and chop in half. Keep peel from half orange and chop up small.

Put all ingredients in a pan and cook for 1/2 hour on low heat. Put through mincer or blender. Serve cold.
