Yu-Gi-Oh!
When they said love is blind, they weren't kidding . . .
Short Blurb: To read me ranting about how great Yu-Gi-Oh! is, please see the main page. To read me announcing that YOU BETTER BE OLD ENOUGH TO READ THIS SORT OF THING BECAUSE I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN INSIPID IGNORANCE . . . then you just did. If you were stupid enough to come in here and STILL do not know what shounen-ai is, then PLEASE visit my WARNINGS ID page NOW.
Disclaimer: I don't own Yu-Gi-Oh!, blah blah blah . . . All the piccies here are from Janime and are fanarts that WERE NOT DRAWN BY ME. I would love to take the credit for these masterpieces, but I am FAR AND AWAY a better writer than I am an artist. I don't know who did these pictures, as few in janime's archives are named and dated, but to whoever you are--I worship the ground you walk on for creating such beauty.
Warnings: Obviously, all of the fics here will be either shounen-ai or shoujo-ai, language, violence, lime only so far, maybe slight OOC-ness, eh . . . that's all I can think of right now

Hearts Beating in Time Saga
Four stories, eight hearts. Life has never been so difficult as when you're separated from the one you love . . .

I have written these four fics below based on what I have seen to be the most popular shounen-ai pairings (even if they aren't the most popular,
I love them!!). A BIG apology to all you Honda/Otogi (Tristan/Duke) shippers--I don't know either of them well enough to feel confident about writing a fic for them, though I'm not necessarily saying it'll never happen. If you want me to write one you can send me your idea and I'd be glad to give you full credit for it.

By the way, these are the first actual shounen-ai fics I've written, so it's going to be really light on the physical aspects of love and more on the adventure part. Not that I don't think I could do it, but I don't think I could do it
well because I can't even bring myself to write a het scene. If people ask for it, though, I might give it a whack . . .

For the One I Love . . .
Yugi loves Yami, but has never been able to figure out how to tell his other this. Yami loves Yugi, but is afraid that his light will no longer want him around if he admits it. When Yugi is injured and the Puzzle is stolen and shattered, Yami fears the worst and hides in the darkest recesses of his soul room to escape the pain. Yugi, waking in the hospital, finds himself oddly hollow without his darker half there. Now alone, Yugi realizes that he is suddenly incapable of loving even his grandfather and friends. Frightened, Yugi can do nothing but wonder if the absence of his darkness is making him fall apart.

I'm Dreaming of Your Touch . . .
What happens when two immensely stubborn people, who have done nothing but argue the whole time they have known each other, love one another? Nothing, obviously. Both sit back and watch the other, bitter at what they assume they cannot have. One a prince, the other a pauper, they admire from a distance and fight tooth and nail up close, all to hide the true feelings beneath. When Seto Kaiba takes his brother to a meeting in Tokyo, Jou is both relieved and upset. It was only supposed to be for four days, but on that fourth day, both Seto and Mokuba Kaiba seem to vanish into thin air, leaving Jou to find them.

Don't Leave Me Here Alone . . .
Bakura has been acting very strange lately. Very strange. He's actually being nice to Ryou--not sneaking out every night to cause havok, protecting him from bullies even when Ryou leaves the Ring home, getting him a fresh bottle of pills to relieve his headaches, taking his body to school and letting him sleep late, and even sharing a bed with Ryou cuddled against him. He's constantly tired, though, so he has to be ill, but he refuses to admit it and Ryou has not been able to get even a hint of what might be wrong out of him. Ryou is afraid that his darker half is planning something terrible, but worries over him nonetheless.

Hold Me Through the Night . . .
Malik has been having the strangest dreams. A few months after the Battle City Finals he began dreaming vividly of being bound and blindfolded, lying helpless on a bed while someone gave and took pleasure. Enthralled by the sensations, he attempts to find out who this other person is, but can't decipher anything from the dreams. It is not until he finds himself in a hall of mirrors and meets up with his other half, who was supposed to be trapped in the Shadow Realm, that he puts all the pieces together and discovers exactly what his heart has been trying to tell him for so long.

That's the end of the Hearts Beating In Time Saga. Just to share a bit of useless information, the titles for all four were supposed to be part of a poem that I haven't written because as a rule I suck at poetry. I might try to write it later, but it's doubtful . . . Unless somebody wants me to write it, perhaps . . .?

Taking Flight
It is well-known that Werewolves have been extinct for thousands of years thanks to a war with their semi-enemy the Chimera. Even so, two wild wolves show up in the city and two boys with feathered wings--the symbol of the werewolf--come into the hands of four Chimera who barely believe that werewolves exist even with such flesh-and-blood proof. What could this mean, when cats and dogs do not fight like cats and dogs?

Formation Flying
Legends have a way of coming to life when they are least expected. The Prophecy states that when three thousand years have passed a time of either great peace or devastating war will come upon the world when the children of the Moon and the children of the Sun meet face-to-face at last. It is up to these children and those closest to them to help them preserve the world on which they live and keep them from becoming the bane of its existence.

Bloodbath
Despite his considerable imagination, Atemu does not believe in vampires. As far as he is concerned they are nothing more than fairy tales used to scare children that were built upon by horror films. His two friends are supposedly Hunters and even his equally skeptical best friend came home with strange wounds and slurred talk of fangs, but he has no intention of believing any of it until he sees it for himself. Of course, he has heard the saying of being careful what you wished for, but . . .
