| Dead or Alive 2: Hardcore | |||||||||||||||||||||
| The Cons The Story As with any fighting game, the story is just plain horrible. I can understand that fighting games arent meant to have intricate and unique storylines, but Hardcore is absolutely ludicrous. And the dialogue between characters is utter nonsense. Before each battle, there is a small cutscene that consists of 1-2 liners between fighters. Get out of my way one fighter says. Why? says the other. And then the battle begins. What is the point of this? I asked myself. It just makes no sense whatsoever. It would have been a better game had Tecmo put no story in it at all. In The End Dead or Alive 2: Hardcore is a great fighting game, with awesome graphics and many modes of gameplay. This game will keep one entertained for a long time. And if the graphics and gameplay dont grab you, the girls of the game certainly will. With its only flaws in it's laughable dialogue and a story that lacks creativity and thought, I give Dead or Alive 2:Hardore a score of 8.25. |
